CATHOLICISM VIDEO SERIES

Thursdays 6:30 p.m. starting September 25

Location: St. Matthew’s Church Hall – Coffee, tea and refreshments

This is an acclaimed video series created by Bishop Robert Barron. The videos, each 50 minutes long, provide an in-depth exploration of the riches of the Catholic tradition. Each video will be followed by a group discussion. Some of the video topics include the Mystery of the Liturgy and Eucharist, the Teachings of Jesus, the unique role of Mary in salvation.

Syro Malabar Mass

Masses held monthly on Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. at St. Rose Worship Site.
Rev. Fr. Davis Moolayil will continue coming from Halifax to hold a service once a month until New Brunswick gets our own priest which is scheduled for Dec or Jan.

Legion of Mary – Every Wednesday

The Legion of Mary at Holy Spirit Parish meets every Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at the St. Matthews Worship Site, following the Mass.

Prayer Shawl Ministry – Every Friday Morning

Attention all knitters and crocheters!   Come and join others just like you on Fridays from 10 am to 12 pm at the rectory hall, 279 Nerepis Road, Grand Bay-Westfield. If you cannot knit or crochet we will train you.  Just show up.  We have needles and yarn available and patterns for beginners. St. Augustine’s Memorial Coins – Still Available

We are fortunate to have beautiful memorial coins available for parishioners to purchase in memory of our St. Augustine Church.   If you missed getting one there are still coins available at the Medicine Shop in Grand Bay-Westfield and at the Parish Office for the low price of $3.00.
