Benchmark Study: What’s Next

As mentioned last week, each Wednesday this month, leading up to Pentecost, our Parish Feast Day (May 30-31 weekend), I am delighted to share the long-awaited results from our Benchmark Study, which after analysis, deliberating, and prayer provides a framework to set our direction going forward toward the vision for a revitalized parish.

THANK YOU for participating in this important parish opportunity to learn more about WHO we are and our way forward.

With thanks to you and ~300 parishioners who provided feedback and offered comments using an in-church paper survey last Fall, we now have a benchmark assessment on where we stand, and the challenges we face to fulfill our Baptismal Call as Holy Spirit Parish.

It is a privilege to learn about your thoughts and feelings toward Holy Spirit Parish, which brings together people who have attended St. Augustine’s, St. Matthew’s and St. Rose of Lima.

There is much to share regarding WHO WE ARE as a parish, WHAT OUR STORY IS, AND OUR CALL…OUR MISSION.

The Full Report is large so it will be released in stages, culminating in the full report (entitled OUR STORY) being released in time for our Parish Feast Day.

You will see yourself reflected in this report, quantitatively and qualitatively among the ~100 personal comments that you and other parishioners generously shared.

This report represents a fully-formed picture of ourselves, of our HOLY SPIRIT PARISH.
